Bread with Mushrooms and Alioli

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 oz mushrooms stems removed and sliced thin 1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil Pinch of salt 1 tsp sherry wine Alioli (garlic Mayo) French bread sliced into rounds

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan that has a cover
  2. When the oil is hot add the mushrooms salt and sherry and lower heat
  3. Cook until the liquid is released from the mushrooms (about 10 minutes)
  4. Drain and set aside
  5. Toast bread slightly just to dry it out a bit
  6. Spread with alioli and top with mushrooms and parmesan cheese
  7. Broil for about 30 seconds or until alioli starts to bubble.
