Swiss Steak

How To Make:

  1. Take beef round and tenderize
  2. Season the tenderized beef with salt and pepper
  3. Coat beef in flour
  4. Cook beef in frying pan with a bit of oil
  5. Add beef, carrots, potatoes, onions into an oven safe container (I use a dutch oven)
  6. Pour tomato sauce into the same container, should cover all the food items
  7. Bake at 275 degrees F for 3-4 hours
