Misira Wat
- 1 onion with a lot of oil
- 1 stub of ginger, minced
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ~1 tsp black seed (cumin)
- ~6 tbsp berbere (or more)
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 1 bag of lentils or less
- Add water as it cooks down
- Add top and stir and repeat
- Add 1/2 tbsp
Blend of spices at the end
