Moon Cake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 12 oz. whipped topping
  • chopped nuts

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix water and butter
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until it forms a ball
  4. Remove from heat an cool slightly
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  6. Spread on ongreased 11X14 inch pan
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
  8. Cool – DON’T PRICK
  9. Mix pudding and milk and beat in cream cheese
  10. Spread on crust
  11. Refrigerate for 20 minutes
  12. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with nuts
